Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge - "Tic Tac Toe"

It's the beginning of a new month and that means it is time for a new Jaded Blossom Monthly Challenge!!  This month the theme is "Tic Tac Toe".  

Here is what I created for the challenge - 

I chose diecut, banner and birthday for my "tic tac toe".  I saw this candy bar the other day at Trader Joe's and new it would be a perfect gift idea to have on hand!!  To create my project I used the following -
