Here is what I made:

I used the new "Badge Stencil" for my background and the new "Gnomeland Security" stamp set and outline dies for my sentiment.  To create my gnome I used the "Girl Gnome Dies" along with the new "Gnome Dies: Police Add Ons".  Other Jaded Blossom dies I used are the "Stitched Circle Dies"; "Circle Internal Scallops 2" set and also the "Embellishment Cluster Die".
