Today I have a fun project to share with you that I made for Valentine's Day. I made heart shaped boxes for all 3 of my daughters and had fun decorating them with some 3 Girl JAM ribbon. Here is one of my boxes where I made a flower using some of the new 3 Girl JAM "light and bright" lace and a vintage button.
Here is a closeup of another flower I made using some of the 3GJ "Distressed" lace, 3GJ Vintage button and some Aqua Splash crinkle ribbon. This time I glued the ribbon in the same manner as I did the lace in the previous flower but I only glued one layer of lace on this flower.
To create my lace flower I used my hot glue gun and glued the lace to a circle I cut out by hand. I started at the perimeter of the circle and worked my way inward and then glued a 3GJ vintage button in the center.
