Cherry Pie Shape Card

This is the card I made for my dad for father's day.  It took a bit of "fanagling" but I got it to work out.

Bird Card and Red, White and Blue

It has been a busy end of the school year but whew!! we made it and it is the first week of summer break.  Two of my kids finished school last Thursday.  My other daughter was done the Friday before cuz she graduated 8th grade and they finished earlier than the rest of the school.  We are leaving in 2 days for Disneyland - yippee!!  Anywho - I have done lots of crafting just no posting so I thought I would post a bit before we are gone on our trip.

The bird card was made with an svg from Lettering Delights banner day collection.  I had seen lots of cards shaped like this and wanted to give one a try.  I am pleased with how it turned out.  The red, white and blue cards were an experiment and I am NOT in love with them but they will do in a pinch.  They are also made with an svg from Lettering Delights banner day collection.  The border is an svg I downloaded from somebody's blog.  Thanks for looking!

I am still having trouble with Blogger (anybody else?)  I leave posts on other blogs as anonymous cuz it is the only way I can get it to work.  It took forever to download my pics today, also:-(

Converse Shoe Thank You Card

I used Paislee to make these converse-type looking shoes and turned them into thank you cards for the two teachers that are receiving the tumblers I decorated.  I love the colors and am quite pleased with them.  I don't know why I can never seem to get all of my "bling" in a line, oh well!!  Summer weather FINALLY came to Oregon yesterday.  I pulled out some clothes I forgot I even owned cuz it hadn't been necessary to wear a lot of warm weather clothes lately. Thanks for looking and have an aweseome weekend!!

two more tumblers

These two tumblers are for my daughter's 3rd grade teachers who have been volunteering afterschool once a week running a dance team for our elementary school.  My oldest daughter also volunteers for the dance team.  It has been a great experience and I really appreciate their hard work.  Our school's mascot is the Armadillo and I created a cut file from clipart.  The words "dance team" are cut from Twinkle Toes cartridge.

vinyl tumblers

I have done a bit of vinyl on tumblers the past few days to make gifts.  This tumbler is for one of my dance students who has helped me with carpooling my two older children this past school year.  I found the dancer svg at Art by Annel and the font is a true type font already on my computer.  The dots for the letter "i" were a bit tricky since they were so small - they kept getting stuck in places they didn't belong and were hard to find then:-)
