Happy Friday and welcome to another Cardz TV Stamps challenge.  This time our theme is "Father's Day -  make a card, layout or craft project for Father’s Day".  I chose to make a card for my hubby!

We are do-it-yourself home remodelers so this card is perfect for my husband!!  I used Cardz TV Stamps' set "You're the Man" for both of my sentiments.  My toolbox is from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' "Tool Time Cutting Files" and my sentiment frame is from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' "Sentiment Spots Cutting Files".    The background paper is from Crate Paper and the twine is American Crafts.  Don't forget to check out the rest of the CTVS design team's projects and enter your "Father's Day" project too by heading over to Mary's blog.  Thanks for stopping by today!!  Have a great weekend!

"Ladybug Hugs" - PPPR Design Team Day

Today is another project day for the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons design team.  I decided to make a birthday card for a sweet little neighbor girl who turned 5 yesterday!  My youngest was invited to her party so I made this card especially with her in mind.  I used Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons "Ladybug Cutting files" for my ladybug holding the flower.  I also used PPPR "Layered Labels 2 cutting files" for the frame behind her.  I created a shadow layer for the yellow portion of the frame.

My designer paper is from the Bo Bunny 6x6 "sweet cakes" pad.  My sentiments are from Cardz TV Stamps "Think Spring" and "Good Times" sets.   Thanks for stopping by today!!  Don't forget to head over to the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' BLOG to see what the rest of the team's projects and to see what's new in the store.

"You've Got Mail" blog hop day 2 Cardz TV Stamps

Welcome to day 2 of the Cardz TV Stamps "You've Got Mail" blog hop.  The design team divided into 2 teams to make our blog hop a weekend event.  If you missed the first day of the blog hop you can visit those blogs by beginning here.  You should have arrived at my blog from the lovely Julie's blog.   The Cardz TV Stamps design team is sharing projects we have made using one of the new stamp releases "Snail Mail".  This is such an adorable stamp set and I see so many possibilities with this one and I guarantee you will enjoy the diversity of the projects that have been created this weekend using this new set.  Here is my project -

I used a file from Miss Kate Cuttables for my airplane and clouds.  I created this card as a birthday card for one of my nephews.  He lives out of state so I thought the special delivery sentiment was perfect in more than one way.  On the inside I also used another Cardz TV Stamps' set "Good Times" and stamped "Happy Birthday".  I used some 3 Girl Jam Navy Blue crinkle ribbon on the side of my card.

I have some blog candy for you today -

a 6x6 paper pad from American Crafts
and some pinwheel 3d stickers that
match well with the paper

To be eligible for the candy I do ask that you be a follower and have a U.S. address.  Please leave a comment along with a way to get ahold of you if you are the winner.

Now it is time to go visit the lovely Rachelle  who is the next stop in the blog hop.  Thanks for stopping by today!!  Here is the full blog list for the hop in case you get lost along the way :-)

"Just For Him" Blog Hop - Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons

Happy Saturday and welcome to the "Just For Him" blog hop with the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' design team.  Today the PPPR design team is sharing projects geared for men - dads, granddads, sons, brothers, etc.  For my project, I used the PPPR "Football Cutting Files" and made a football shaped card.  I created a shadow using my sihouette software and welded 2 shadow together to make the base of the card. I also inserted a small rectangle into the welded shape to give the fold of the card a bit more stability.  I used the Oregon Duck colors green and yellow for my card since our household "bleeds green" and 2 of us are alumnae and a 3rd will be going to the U of O next year.  This card will probably be for my husband for father's day.  I had some U of O paper and used my circle punch to cut out an "O" and adhered it to an epoxy sticker.  I used the tiny bubbles cuttlebug folder to emboss a section of the football to make it more realistic looking.  My sentiment is from Cardz TV stamps and my twine is from the twinery.

Lisa is offering some blog candy and for a chance to win, you must be a follower of each blog on our hop and leave a comment on each blog. For extra chances, you can also "LIKE" Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons on Facebook and/or sign up for the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons Newsletter. A random winner will be chosen for the prize on Tuesday, May 21st.  Only US or Canadian mailing addresses, please.

Thanks for stopping by today, now it is time to "hop" on over to the lovely Shannon's blog.

Springtime Hugs - PPPR Design Team day

Happy Wednesday to you all!!  Today I have a card to share with you for my design team project for Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.  I am just loving all of Lisa's new releases for spring.  I am hoping spring is visiting wherever you live.  Normally springtime means rain for Oregon but I feel as if we have skipped right over spring and jumped into summer with the beautiful weather we have been blessed with lately.

For my card I used the "Rain or Shine" cutting files set for the boots and the umbrella and the "Scalloped Circles" cutting files set for the lacey circle.  I cut the edge of the scalloped circle off to create the effect on my card.  My sentiment is from Cardz TV stamps' "Think Spring" set.  Make sure to stop by the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons BLOG today to see what the rest of the design team has created - such a talented group of ladies, I am sure you will be inspired.  Don't forget to sign up for the PPPR newsletter while you are there so that you can keep informed of all of the newest releases, sales and weekly freebies.  Thanks for stopping by today and have a blessed week!
