Sunflower Box - 3 Girl JAM DT day

Happy Monday my fellow bloggers!  I am here with a 3d project to share with you today using some "Halloween Harvest" crinkle ribbon from the "New and Improved" Seasons Bundle.

My box is a file from the Silhouette Online Store and I just love how perfectly the Halloween Harvest ribbon goes with the sunflower colors.  I used some Scor Tape to adhere my ribbon to the box.  Thanks for stopping by today and don't forget that the 3 Girl JAM 2 year celebration is still going on and that there is still time to enter your project in the Celebrations challenge over at the 3 Girl JAM Challenge blog.  

Camping Layout - PPPR Design Team Day

Today I have a camping layout I made for my design team post for Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons.  I used the "Camping Fun" cutting files for all of my cuts.  I have lots of camping layouts to catch up on and this set of files is perfect - lots of options to work with, what a great bargain!!  The pieces went together quickly too :-)  

My journaling box used the same files only I used them as a Print and Cut with my cameo - I only cut out the box shape.  Love how we can do that with cutting files too - makes the purchase so versatile!!  You can check out the rest of the design team's projects over at the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' BLOG.  Thanks for stopping by today!!

"Teal We Find a Cure" Blog Hop

Happy Saturday and welcome to the "Teal We Find a Cure" blog hop where our focus is Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.  You should have arrived at my blog after visiting the lovely Cathy.  September just happens to be PCOS awareness month as well as Amanda’s (my DT sister from Cardz TV Stamps)  Birthday.  The ribbon color for PCOS is Teal. So we are hopping along today to celebrate a birthday as well as bring awareness for PCOS.

Here is some information about Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
~Between 1 in 10 and 1 in 20 women of childbearing age has PCOS. As many as 5 million women in the United States may be affected.
~It can occur in girls as young as 11 years old.
~The cause of PCOS is unknown.
~There is no cure for PCOS

3GJ "2 Year Anniversary Celebration" Blog Hop

CTVS "Celebrate the Harvest" challenge

Welcome back to another Cardz TV stamps challenge with the "go-to challenge gals".  This week's theme is "Celebrate the Harvest" - Make a card, layout or project that celebrates the summers harvest.  I decided to go with an apple theme because my apple tree is brimming with apples.  Of course a tomato theme would have been good too as they are taking over my garden as we speak :-)  Anyways, I made this card with my dad in mind as his birthday is coming up in the fall and he loves apple pie!!  I used one of the new stamp sets from Cardz TV stamps - "Going in Circles" for my sentiment.  I just love this new set and am finding myself using it a lot lately!

Dorothy Thank You - 3GJ design team day

Happy Labor Day Monday!!   I hope you are having an excellent holiday weekend and are finding some free moments to craft!  I know I have been crafting quite a bit this weekend and one of my projects is this cute Dorothy card that I made for a special thank you.  My youngest daughter was Dorothy in their school play "Ease on Down the Road".  We borrowed a Dorothy costume from a family friend and I wanted a special card to go with the return of her costume.  As you can probably guess, this is something I have needed to do for awhile now since school has been out for months - so it was time to "get 'er done",

I added a bow made with both 3 Girl JAM "Ice Blue" and "Baby Boy" crinkle ribbon.  I used an svg from Scrapping Bug Designs called "No Place Like Home" for my Dorothy.  My sentiment is from Cardz TV Stamps' "Heartfelt Wishes" set.  Thanks for stopping by today!!
