Happy Wednesday my fellow bloggers!! I am back to share another layout I made using some of Lisa's awesome files from Pretty Paper Graphics! I used the
"Honey Bees Cutting Files" for the die cuts - bees, beehive and tree and then I also used the
"School Days Pattern Pack" digital paper to create my journaling box. I did a print and cut using the white lined paper out of the set and cropped it into a rectangle using the Silhouette Software and then printed and cut it out with my Cameo. However, if you are good with a graphics program like Photoshop you could do something similar and just cut by hand. The honeycomb background shape is a file I got from the Silhouette Store. I added a few bee stickers I had in my stash and I regret to say I do not remember what font I used to cut out my title. Don't forget to visit the
Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons (PPPR) blog to see the projects from the rest of the design team.
The pictures are from a camping trip we took a few years back. Withing the first hour of arrival at the camp site, we went on a "nature walk". My daughter and niece unfortunately stepped on a yellow jacket nest and several of us fell victim to bee stings - even the dog:-( My youngest daughter is the one crying in the picture. She was determined to never leave the tent trailer for the rest of the trip but we got her out after her uncle bought the "bug guns" so that she and her cousin could catch those nasty bees:-)
Thanks for stopping by today - have a blessed week:-) and stop by for a visit on Friday as I am in a blog hop to celebrate
Melisa's blogaversary!
