Floral Birthday Card

Today is my turn to share on the Jaded Blossom Blog and I am sharing a birthday card I created

as I always need to have this type of card readily available!!

 My inspiration for my card is the fact that the Jaded Blossom Flower Dies are back in stock and I finally got my hands on them!!  I have wanted them since I started working with the Jaded Blossom Design Team several years ago!! So, if you have been waiting for them too then

Autumn Gnomie

 

 Hello my crafty friends!!  Today I am sharing some Stamp Anniething inspiration with you.  

I am so in love with all of the gnomes that came out in the June Release that I just had to pull one of the images out and play!!  I used the "Woodland Dies" and the "Tree Bark Stencil" along with the "Adelaide - Hiya gnomie" stamp set and outline die.

I used tea dye distress ink along with the "Tree Bark Stencil" on some kraft cardstock.  I used an oval die from my stash to cut out an opening.  I also used a scallop oval die to create a dark brown frame around the oval opening.  I had fun with several different colors of distress oxide inks for my greenery.  I sprayed them with water droplets and also splattered with  some watered down copper perfect pearls.  I wanted the leaves to look like they were moving into autumn.  I popped the image up on foam tape for dimension and embossed my sentiment with some white embossing powder.

Happy Monday my crafty friends!!

Today is my turn to share on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

Lately I have been noticing LOTS of beautiful sunflowers when I am out on my walks and it inspired my to create a sunflower themed card.  I am not a huge fall fan (don't hate me!!) but I love the flowers that come with fall!!

Well, I had so much fun I ended up making two cards!! 

For my cards I used the following Jaded Blossom products -

All of the pattern paper is Doodlebug.

 

Stamp Anniething August Release Day 3

Today is the last day of sneak peeks of the Stamp Anniething August Release.

Today's sneak peek is for "Troy - hey you yea you".

For today's card I used the new "Troy - hey you yea you" image and coordinating outline die.The sentiment is from the same set.  The background paper is from the "Magical Celebrations Grab and Go Box" and the border was created with the "Circle Reverse Die".

Stamp Anniething August Release Day 2

Welcome back to the Stamp Anniething August Release!!

Today is Day 2 and we are doing sneak peeks of  "Joanie - omigoth" and the coordinating outline die.

Here is what I created for today -

I used the new "plaid" stenil with some black soot distress oxide ink to create my background.  

I wanted it to coordinate with her skirt which I tried to make into a plaid skirt. 

I also used the new "mini skull" and "party on" dies. 

I finished off my card with some black Nuvo drops.

Welcome back to the Jaded Blossom August Release!!

Today is Day 4 and the last day of sneak peeks!!

Today we are showcasing a new stamp set that will be the "freebie" for this release -

I had fun playing with the 80s stencil for my background.  I used distress oxide inks in the following colors - twisted citron, seedless preserves, mermaid lagoon, picked raspberry and carved pumpkin.  

I used the colors first with the stencil and then removed the stencil and did a light layer of each color over the coordinating stencil color.

Stamp Anniething August Release Day 1

Today starts sneak peeks of the Stamp Anniething August Release.

Today we are doing sneak peeks of "Patrice - current mood" and the coordinating outline die for her.  

This release also has 1 new stencil, 3 new dies, 3 new ink colors and a new blender brush too!!

Here is what I created for today -

I decided to create a shaker tag using one of the new dies from this release - "Shaker Tag Topper Dies".  It fits perfectly on top of the shaker tag from "Shaker Basics Set 2".  I filled my shaker with shaker bits leftover from various Grab and Go Boxes  (there is always plenty of leftovers from those to create lots of projects!!).  I popped my sentiment up on a banner cut from the "Banner Dies".
