Bug Me Anytime

Happy Monday my crafty friends!!

Today is my turn to share on the Jaded Blossom Blog.  

I have been enjoying the new Jaded Blossom Slimline Dies so much

 and created another fun card using them!!

I added texture to my background using the Cloud Stencil and the Bitten Leaf Stencil with some distress oxide inks.  I colored up a handful of bugs using the Love Bugs  and Bug Me Anytime stamps sets.  The sentiment is also from the Bug Me Anytime stamp set. I finished my card off with some white Nuvo drops.  I love coming up with fun color combinations for these cute bugs!!

Dog Sitter Thank You Card - SAT dt

Hello my crafty friends!! Today I am sharing a cute card I created for a thank you to give to our dog sitter.  I showed the foiling technique I did for the background on this week's Technique Tuesday over in the Stamp Anniething Stampers Facebook group.

I used the new Slimline Dies and the new Frappe Birthday (sentiment and image) and the new Gnome Brewed (coffee bean).  I picked my colors for the coffee cups based off my pattern paper.  I finished my card off with some clear sequins.  I am loving these new Slimline Dies!!!

Shoot for the Stars - SAT dt

Hello my crafty friends!! Nicole here today to share a card with you.

It is still "theme week" which is when the Stamp Anniething design team inspires you with cards designed to fit the theme of our monthly challenge.

July's theme is "stars".  Here is what I came up with -

To create my card I did a galaxy background with distress oxide inks and then did some water splatters on top of that.  I then used the Stars and Swirls Stencil and some Nuvo moonstone glimmer paste and applied sections of the stencil to my card.

I created a treat tag using the new Coffee Tags stamp set and the Luggage Tag Dies.

I stamped the coffee bean and the coffee cup onto some white paper to color in with my Copic markers and then fussy cut them out and layered them on top of my tag.

I created a gift card holder using the Paper Bag Die.  I used the new Coffee Stain Stencil and two colors of distress inks on the cardstock before I cut it out.  The image is from the new Some Bunny Needs Coffee stamp set and is cut out with a die from the Gable Box Dies.  

The actual gift card holder is created using Scallop Rectangle Dies 1, Gift Card Die and Label Dies.  Lastly I stamped a coffee cup image from Gnome Brewed.

Stamp Anniething July Release Day 3

Today is the last day of sneak peeks for the Stamp Anniething July 2020 Release.

Today we are featuring "Kevin - so hoppy". 

I created a fun shaker card with him and used the new "frog sprinkles".

I used the "Shaker Basics Set 1" to create my frame and then also used "Grass Dies" and "Palm Tree Dies"  and adhered those cuts to the top of the acetate.  I popped the top layer up with foam tape and doubled it up to give the shaker bits plenty of room to move.  I put foam tape under the land and grass so the shaker bits wouldn't get stuck under there.  The image and the sentiment are from "Kevin - so hoppy".  

Stamp Anniething July 2020 Release Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of the sneak peeks for the Stamp Anniething July 2020 Release!!

Today's feature is the "Ethan and Kimmie - 4EVA" stamp set with the coordinating outline die.

I had a lot of fun with this set!!

The images remind me of one of my daughter's and her husband and their anniversary is right around the corner so I created my card with them in mind -

I used the "Shaker Basics Set 1" to create a stencil for my background.  I then inked up my sunset using several shades of distress oxide inks.  Lastly I cut out a palm tree in black cardstock from the "Palm Tree Dies".  I then used the circle die from the Shaker Basics Set 1 again to create the top layer for my card.  My favorite thing was creating the outfit on the girl to match one that my daughter actually wore on her honeymoon.

Stamp Anniething July 2020 Release - Day 1

Welcome to Day 1 sneak peeks of the Stamp Anniething July 2020 Release!!

This release has 3 new stamp sets and outline dies to go with; a new stencil; and two die sets. 

Today we are doing previews of the new "Jackson - Essential Piece"

Here is what I created -

I created my background using the new "puzzles" stencil and Stamp Anniething hybrid inks in crimson, freesia, parakeet, and celestial.  I used the "heart puzzle ribbon die" and cut it out in coordinating colors of cardstock   The image and sentiments are from the "Jackson - Essential piece" stamp set.
