Craftin Desert Divas January Stamp Release Blog Hop Day 2

We're so happy to be back with our January Release! We have 3 new stamp sets that are being released today.  All stamps are in the CDD Shop and available for purchase.

All stamps have an SVG outline that is free to you. This makes it so easy. You just cut out the image with your machine and then stamp on it.  The SVG file will be in the CDD Gallery under the file tab and available for you to download.

Today I have created for you....

I used a sentiment from the "Short and Sweet Tags" stamp set.  I also used a tag from the set along with it's coordinating svg file.  The envelope with hearts is a file from the Silhouette online store.  My background paper is from an older Doodlebug 6x6 paper pad.

Today I have created for you....

I used the January Freebie stamp for my image and sentiment on my card.  I colored it in with my Spectrum Noir markers.  My background paper is from Pebbles "We Go Together" 6x6 paper pad.  I used some 3 Girl JAM crinkle ribbon from the "Ribbon Candy Bundle" to create my bow.

Today is Day 3 of the sneak peeks for the January stamp release at Craftin Desert Divas. We have 3 new stamps in this release.

Today we are showcasing the "Short and Sweet Tags" stamp set.

Here's my project I've created.... 

My card is a file from the Silhouette online store - id#67328.  It is a 5x5 sized card.  I used some decorative paper I have had in my stash for awhile now along with some silver, white, and gold shimmer paper from Recollections.  I added self adhesive white pearls to my flowers and some ribbon from my stash that matched my background paper (they were both oldies from the Target $1 bins).  I popped my sentiment up on some foam tape along with the gold layer of my card to give some dimension to the card.

I am loving the tag stamps with this set.  I used one of the SVG files for this stamp set and also created an offset of it for the gold paper in order to showcase my sentiment.

Sympathy Card - PPPR dt

Happy Monday!! Today is my turn to post on the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' Blog and I have a card to share with you. I had need for a sympathy card this past week and I thought the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' "Peace Dove" cutting files would be a beautiful image on my card.  

I used a file from the PPPR "Sentiment Spots 2"cutting files set to stamp my sentiment on.  My sentiment is from Cardz TV Stamps' "Heartfelt Wishes" set.

My sentiment is from Craftin Desert Divas' "Simply Said" set.  I also used a tag image from the Craftin Desert Divas' "Tag It" set.  I used the Tag It svg set and did an offset on it for the pink background for my tag/sentiment.  The treat box is from the Silhouette online store - id# 50520.  I finished my box with some 3 Girl JAM ribbon and hot glued a heart gem to the center of the bow.

Happy Monday!! Today is my turn to post on the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' BLOG.  Hope you had a great weekend and were able to have a bit of "crafty time".  Big thanks to those of you who hopped along with the PPPR design team this weekend!!  I have a Valentine's Day card to share with you today -



My card is sized to fit a No. 9 style envelope (business envelope).  I used a file from the "Cupid Cutting Files" set for the XOXO.  I embossed the hearts with my cuddlebug, added some enamel dots and did some pen stitching with my white gel pen.  My sentiment is from Craftin Desert Divas "Happy Celebrations" stamp set - I just used the scotch tape masking method to stamp it in a straight line.  My background paper is from Doodlebug.

"Just Pigcause" - CDD dt

Today is my turn to post on the Craftin Desert Divas' blog and I have a cute card to share with you using the CDD "Just Pigcause" stamp set.

I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color in this cute little pig.

PPPR "Made With Love" Blog Hop

I created this card with my hubby in mind!! as I just LOVE chocolate :-)  For my card I used the Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons' "Cookie and Milk" cutting files.  I had the perfect sentiment to go with my card from the Cardz TV Stamps "Foodie Punnies" stamp set.  The cute designer paper is from Pebbles "We Go Together" 6x6 paper pad.  I chose to stamp  my sentiment on vellum and then finished up my card with some enamel dots and a heart paper clip.

Both my sentiment and my image are from Craftin Desert Divas' "Snowman Kisses" stamp set. I colored my image using my Spectrum Noir markers and embossed my sentiment with white embossing powder.  Added some 3 Girl JAM ribbon, enamel dots and pen stitching - Voila!!  my card is done.  Here is a closeup of that cute snowman -

My kids are so hopeful for snow but alas, it doesn't happen too often here in the Oregon Willamette Valley - keeping our fingers crossed anyway!!
