Happy Monday!!  Today is my turn to post on the Jaded Blossom Blog and I have a treat idea to share with you - 

Ever since the March release I have been craving macaroons!! I found a package of raspberry ones the other day and added a topper using the "Fancy Topper Die", "Give Me Desserts" stamp set and "Nom Nom" stamp set.

Here is the project(s) I created!!

I used an older bubble embossing folder that I have had in my stash for awhile to add texture to my top layer.  I used Jaded Blossom "Stitched Circle Dies" to cut out the circular openings. 

I used the "Wave Dies" to create the ocean on this card.  I masked off the wave on the background and added some sun using a Tim Holtz stencil.  I used distress oxide inks in the following colors -
Squeezed Lemonade, Fossilized Amber, Salty Ocean, Peacock Featehrs

Happy Birthday!! SAT dt

Hello there!!  Today is my turn on the Stamp Anniething Blog and I have a birthday card to share with you - 

I used a file from the Silhouette Online Store for my card base.  The sweet image is Stamp Anniething's "Brittney Birthday".    I used Jaded Blossom's "So Many Birthdays 4" for the word happy.  I also used Jaded Blossom's "Balloon Dies" for the balloons on the sides of the card.

copic markers used - 

skin - E04, E11, E21, E01, E000, R22, R20

hair - E47, E35, E31, Y23

dress - B26, B23, B21, R22, R20

shoes - C7, C3

I used a white gel pen to fill in the word birthday.

Today is my turn to post on the Jaded Blossom Blog and I have a fun project to share with you -  

Hi there!!  Today I have a fun project to share with you - a "lollipop card" or a "rosette on a stick".  I think these are so fun to make and add to a gift bag or in a goody basket to decorate a gift.  To create mine I used the following Jaded Blossom goodies - 

Scallop Circle Dies

Stitched Circle Dies

Love Stings

I even decorated the back!!  I used my Copic markers and a clear sparkle pen from Spectrum Noir to color in the bees.  To create the rosette I used the "Rosettes Zigzag Edge" from My ScrapChick.  

I can't wait to give this to someone to brighten up their day!!  These bees are just too cute!!  Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Jaded Blossom April Release Blog Hop

Hey Everyone!  Welcome to Jaded Blossom's April 2018 Release Blog Hop.  

Now if you're here from the talented Lee-Ann you're in the right place, if you're just passing through start at the beginning because you don't want to miss a thing.  I also have the complete line up at the bottom. Here is what I made:

To create my card I started off laying out some images from "Little One" and did a bit of masking as I stamped them onto some white cardstock.  I colored in the images with my copic markers.  I then cut out this layer using the "Scallop Rectangle Dies 1"  .  I die cut the "oh baby" using the new "Baby Dies" and cut them out in yellow and gray to create a bit of an offset to help the words to stand out better.

Lastly I stamped a sentiment from "Mini Human" with Versafine Black Onyx ink and embossed with clear powder.  I used a clear glitter pen from Spectrum Noir and went over all the images and then adhered a variety of sequins that matched the color scheme of the card.

Jaded Blossom April Sneak Peeks Day 5

Welcome back to the Jaded Blossom April Sneak Peeks!!  Today is Day 5 and we reveal the last new stamp set available with this new release.  This one is the "freebie"  - more details about how to get this stamp set for free when you come back to our April Release Blog Hop later this afternoon at 4:00 PM PST.

Here is my project for today - 

Now this is NOT for a high school graduation gift UNLESS you want to give it to the parents of the graduate, LOL!!  I have a few people in my life graduating from Masters programs and I made this with them in mind ;)  I used the Wine Tag Die to cut out my layers and then embossed the sentiment from the Hard Work stamp set in white.  Such a quick easy way to decorate a gift!

A Pinwheel Hello! SAT dt

Hello Stamp Anniething Stampers!!  Today is my turn to post on the Stamp Anniething Blog and I have a card to share with you that goes with our theme week challenge - "Spring Fling".  

I used the sweet "Rae -Simple Pleasures" for my image and colored her in with copic markers and paper pieced her dress.  I used a few different pattern papers from an older springtime Doodlebug paper pack and followed a simple card sketch for my background.  I stamped a sentiment from a Lawn Fawn set and added a paper pinwheel embellishment.

Jaded Blossom April Release Sneak Peeks Day 4

Today is Day 4 of the sneak peeks for the Jaded Blossom April Release.  Today we are doing sneak peeks of one new stamp set - 

Baby Planner

I thought it would be fun to create a fun version of a baby announcement so I used SVG Cutting Files "Candy Bar Holder" and created two versions - one for a girl and one for a boy.  I used Jaded Blossom's Card Mat Dies to cut out the yellow rectangle and then stamped it with some words from the "Baby Planner" stamp set.  I also used "Snips and Snails" stamp set for a the "it's a _______" phrase and I used the diaper image from "Little One" stamp set and paper pieced it and cut it out and popped it up on foam tape.

To create my card I started out by stamping the large diaper pin image from the "Little One" stamp set on some white cardstock.  I cut the cardstock out with the "Card Mat Dies" and colored the diaper pins in with my copic markers.  I used a sentiment from "Snips and Snails" and layered some cardstock behind it to match the colors  of my diaper pins.  Then I used the same cardstock to cut out two buttons using the "Baby Dies".
